Martina Cortellazzo is the founder of E' Cucina the first culinary school in Verona, Martina is a former professional dancer and choreographer who combines her artistry with culinary art. Martina studied at the Scuola del Gambero Rosso and keeps researching innovative ways to combine choreography and recipies. Martina brings together chefs and experts from different countries and cultures and organizes often thematic classes which focus on specific cuisines.
Alessandro Gerbino has a real passion for food and recipies, he is the editor of the blog Chezuppa.com and collaborates at E' cucina.
Martina and Alessandro created a menù for Migrant Bodies, participants learnt the recipies and made a special dinner at E' Cucina, Verona, in summer 2014. Martina and Alessandro participated to the residency in Bassano del Grappa.
